...from my little studio, opposite a chippy in Pudsey, Leeds.

I’ve been a freelance illustrator since 1995, and I’m still noodling and doodling - happy to hand-letter a wedding reading or a wall, paint British Birds or beer bottles, or ink in aliens and armadillos.
All my work starts with a doodle in pencil on paper, and I’ll use Indian ink, watercolour, acrylic paint, Posca pens, emulsion paint or maybe a bit of digital scribbling to create the finished thing
I’m happy to do personalised hand-lettering... ...or large murals. I’ll have a go at most things!
I've worked for a variety of clients including Dalesman Magazine, CAMRA, Nomadic Brewery,
Wells and Youngs, Hanson White and Capital One.
Being part of the Leeds Little Free Library project has been brilliant, and I’d really like to get involved in more
community-led work and local initiatives.
